Common questions
How do I restore my Pro purchase?
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro. Open Box Fan Sleep, tap the Unlock Pro banner, and tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the screen. You need an internet connection for this step.
The Pro screen says the product isn't loaded. What should I do?
Check that you are online, close the app completely by swiping it away in the app switcher, and open it again. If it still appears, sign out of and back into Media & Purchases in Settings, then try again.
Sound stops when I lock my phone. How do I fix it?
Box Fan Sleep is built to play with the screen locked. If sound stops, make sure Low Power Mode or a Focus mode is not limiting the app, check that the volume is up, and update to the latest version of the app.
Can I play nature sounds without the fan?
Yes, with Pro. Turn the fan off and tap rain, thunder, crickets or ocean. The sleep timer works with nature sounds alone too.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose the purchase.
Can I suggest a new sound?
Yes, please do. Email goksdevelops@gmail.com with the sound you would like, or tap Send Feedback in the app.
